And again, there was so much more free time. But i feel some symptoms of addiction and it is not easy, NOT take the Phone with your hands..

Target not reached. It's harder than i thought. Tomorrow will be better.

Back on track. Target reached again. Easier not to listen to Podcasts all the time, but missing music by Spotify. Laptop time and watching TV goes Up. That's not good.

A little bit to much, but not to far away from our. Still a long way to go.
